Processing Time

Processing time is the amount of time it takes to process and package your order before it is shipped.  Heck Yes Apparel operates on a 5-7 business day processing time.

Shipping Time

Orders are shipped after the 5-7 business day processing. 

• Economy Shipping: Estimated Delivery 5-9 days after shipping.
• Standard Shipping: Estimated Delivery 2-5 days after shipping.

Orders are shipped via USPS and UPS.

Heck Yes Apparel is not responsible for:

• US Postal Service Delays or UPS Delays
• Lost, damaged, or marked delivered packages.  Please contact the carrier support with these issues.  Typically, the local post office has more information than we are able to retrieve from afar.

Tracking Information

Emailed to the email address provided at checkout. 

Returned Packages

If a package is returned because the address provided to us was incorrect, we are not responsible for re-shipping costs.  Buyer will be contacted via email.  Re-shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and need to be re-paid before the package is shipped again.



Pre-Orders

Preordered items are items very clearly marked "PRE-ORDER" in the item description.  The item's description contains a shipping estimate.  This is only an estimate, and pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are in our possession.  Our 5-7 business day processing time does not apply to these orders; buyer must note the shipping timeframe specified in the description.  Return and exchange policies still apply to pre-order items.
